ABOUT ME
Since September 2021, I am an Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences) at the Catholic Institute of Advanced Studies (ICES - Institut Catholique de Vendée).
Previously, I was a Temporary Research and Teaching Attaché at the University of Montpellier - IMAG lab (Institut Montpelliérain Alexander Grothendieck), where I obtained my PhD in Statistics on 19 April 2019. My PhD thesis entitled Introducing complex dependency structures into supervised component-based models was done under the supervision of Catherine Trottier and Xavier Bry. It mainly deals with regularization methods for multivariate generalized linear mixed models.
Between September 2019 and August 2021, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the INSERM center "Bordeaux Population Health" (Biostatistics team). Under the supervision of Virginie Rondeau, I worked on a generalization of joint models (mainly for recurrent events and a terminal event) that tries to get away from the usual assumption of proportional hazards.
